  1. Please use the "BH TEMPLATE" in the forms tab to update our National Behavioral Health Directory to ensure that all staff receive pertinent information related to BH policies, training, funding, etc. Please review the instructions tab on the attached document as some categories have changed and some are case sensitive.  This roster should include all BH staff including:
     
    • DPHs
    • BHOs
    • PHCs / BH case managers (or equivalent)
    • 68Xs
    • State Surgeons
    • Deputy State Surgeons
    • J9 (Resilience) Directors

  1. An updated 2023 version of DD Form 2870 (Authorization for Disclosure of Medical or Dental Information) has been included in the "Forms" tab, replacing the 2003 version.

  1. Added the 21 JUN 2024 memorandum to provide clarification to DoDI 6490.08 "Command Notification Requirements to Dispel Stigmas in Providing Mental Health Care to Service Members."  -- Sections 3.1.b.(1)(b) and 3.1.b.(2)(b) of the DoDI establish policy regarding when command notification by health care providers may be necessary.  This memorandum provides clarifying guidance on when health care providers should notify command in certain exigent circumstances.
  2. Link to "Gamechanger" website has been added to the Useful Links tab.
  3. Added 2 DoDI forms: DoDI 1300.28 "In-Service Transition For Transgender Service Members" and DoDI 1300.27 "Guidance on the Use of Service Dogs by Service Members."
  4. The ARNG Assessment Template has been updated in the "Forms" tab.

  2. "Points of Contact" has been created with a list of the 54 states' & territories' DPHs.
  3. "Useful Links" has been created with links to helpful ARNG BH websites, such as ARNG BHWG Teams Channel
  4. "BHTE" has been created and the BHTE Teams Channel can be located in the tab. 
  5. Deployment Waiver forms are now available to view and access underneath the "Policies" and "Forms" tabs. 
  6. Free clinical training links from organizations throughout the nation are listed on the Educational Resources page.
